Hi,
if you dont feel like compiling, when unzipping the uif2iso.zip file, an uif2iso.exe is generated. If you have wine installed, copy the uif2iso.exe to the same folder as the uif file and type

wine uif2iso.exe yourfile.uif yournewfile

and a yournewfile.iso will hopefully be generated!
